I am now selling personalized candy bar wrappers which I customize for any occasion.
These wrappers fit a standard size Hershey bar and similar size candy bars.
I also do the smaller wrappers for the miniature Hershey bars.

The full size wrappers can be customized to whatever your theme is, including a photo if you have one you would like on them.

The front and back are both personalized.

The miniatures can have some wording, but due to size a photograph cannot be put on, although I can use clip art.

I do have samples I have done and pictures are posted on here.

Price is $10.00 for 20 full size wrappers or for 96 miniature wrappers. When ordering I will create a customized template to your liking for approval. After you approve of design and wording, I require 1/2 down on each order and then remaining 1/2 can be paid at pickup.

I do put the wrappers on the candy for no additional cost. The candy must be purchased by you and given to me when the first 1/2 of payment is received.

Minimum order is 20 full size / 96 miniature.

HOWEVER:

I will do a special one time – one bar rate of 2.00. That will include the design, candy bar and the wrapper placed securely on bar. It would make a nice gift for someone who may be ill, take the place of a birthday card

Dont open that drawer.

I need help on organizing. I need everything organized, kitchen, bedrooms, you name it its a mess.
Sure it looks clean and neat but don’t open a cabinet or drawer, they are filled with anything you can think of, in no given spot.
I have got to get this under control and soon.
I have nowhere that I put papers, I would love to be able to know exactly where to find certain things.
What do you guys use for organizing?
Like, where do you keep your shoes when you aren’t wearing them, or more importantly where do you keep your kids shoes?
I have a cabinet with shelves but isn’t the best idea. When the girls want a pair of shoes from the bottom of the shelf all the rest fall out.
And our mornings are so hectic getting 5 people ready and rushing out the door for work and school, making sure dogs and cat are fed and let out and making sure kids eat and look presentable and on and on so picking up 20 pair of shoes that have fallen from a cabinet doesn’t really fit in!
Let me in on your organizing tips, PLEASE!!

a little vent :)

Why yes, I would love to drive an hour to Washington to work a half hour shift and then drive another hour back home.

SERIOUSLY?! Yep, that’s what they wanted me to do today. Um, no.

I have no regular schedule right now, except for my 3 hour shifts in Washington on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I am considered routine backup, so I am called in on short (immediate) notice and travel all over when someone calls off or can’t stay their whole shift.

I love my job, I like doing the home and hospice care, I’m not complaining about the job itself. But, I am complaining about the nonsense shifts I am asked to take!!

People

Sometimes people come into your life and you know
right away that they were meant to be there, to serve
some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, or to help
you figure out who you are or who you want to become.

You never know who these people may be – a roommate, a
neighbor, a professor, a friend, a lover, or even a
complete stranger – but when you lock eyes with them,
you know at that very moment they will affect your
life in some profound way.

Sometimes things happen to you that may seem horrible,
painful, and unfair at first, but in reflection you
find that without overcoming those obstacles you would
have never realized your potential, strength,
willpower, or heart.

Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness,
and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of
your soul. Without these small tests, whatever they
may be, life would be like a smoothly paved straight
flat road to nowhere. It would be safe and
comfortable, but dull and utterly pointless.

The people you meet who affect your life, and the
success and downfalls you experience, help to create
who you are and who you become. Even the bad
experiences can be learned from. In fact, they are
sometimes the most important ones.

If someone loves you, give love back to them in
whatever way you can, not only because they love you,
but because in a way, they are teaching you to love
and how to open your heart and eyes to things.

If someone hurts you, betrays you, or breaks your
heart, forgive them, for they have helped you learn
about trust and the importance of being cautious to
whom you open your heart.

Make every day count. Appreciate every moment and take
from those moments everything that you possibly can
for you may never be able to experience it again. Talk
to people that you have never talked to before, and
listen to what they have to say.

Let yourself fall in love, break free, and set your
sights high. Hold your head up because you have every
right to. Tell yourself you are a great individual and
believe in yourself, for if you don’t believe in
yourself, it will be hard for others to believe in
you.

You can make anything you wish of your life. Create
your own life and then go out and live it with
absolutely no regrets.

And if you love someone tell them, for you never know
what tomorrow may have in store.

Learn a lesson in life each day that you live! Today
is the tomorrow you were worried about yesterday. Was
it worth it?

lots of emotions, one liitle blog

So I finished up my training and go to my first house on Monday.

I think I’m going to really like this job!

I passed all my certifications and my civil service test so as soon as my clearances get here I’ll be done with the paperwork part. My classroom and hands on training is finished also. I still can start without it clearances, on a 30 day temp basis til they come in.

My week has been good, exciting and sad.

Good, because I’m done and ready to start working and done driving to washington every morning at 7!!

Exciting because everyday is new and different.
Every morning we get the chance to wake up and CHOOSE how we are going to live out the rest our lives. Dont like what I did yesterday? I CAN change it. Katie started girl scouts Monday, she was excited for that. Megan started her flute lessons, and Savannah got student of the month for October!

Sad because of people.
People calling others and making up lies about me posting things about them on Facebook, by people who for an incredibly short time I had the stupidity to consider family.
My kids are on my Facebook, along with their friends and both of my parents.
If people have a problem with me, why can’t they be adult enough to ask me. Why call everyone else and keep building up lies without ever talking to me about it? I’m not going to say anything back about you or to you to feed your fire. If you feel the need to let this burn and eat at you go right ahead.

There were problems with this family before anyone even met me, and I just have become an easy common ground for everyone to blame. That is actually ok with me. Here is how I am thinking of this, If I can be the common hating point for their family, and am the reason this family is talking again, I am ok with that and would be thrilled to learn of everyone getting along again!

Here some verses I find extremely helpful:

Proverbs 26:20 “Without wood a fire goes out; without gossip a quarrel dies down.”

Think about that, really really think.

Ephesians 4:29 “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen”.

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

I would also like to invite you to Cove Run Church this Sunday, Oct 3 at 9:30. Megan, Savannah and Katie will be singing “I can only Imagine” in the morning combined service.
